Once a moving service has been completed, our crew lead will hand you our Quality Control Survey. Your evaluation and rating of the service will reflect the crew`s compensation. The Quality Control Program will not affect the total invoiced amount by Navy Seal Transport Ltd.
We take the development of relationships with our clients very seriously. You are our future, thus a gift from our company is presented to you at the end of each service. A follow-up call is also to be expected, as we would love to hear how we can improve on serving you!
