Navy Seal Transport Ltd. is a seasoned market participant in the moving business. With over 4000 clients total moves completed and with feedback from our valuable clients, we have solid understanding of what constitutues a “professional move”. Developing a world class service takes years with management and staff having to be in sync on the pursuit of this vision. We are not there yet, but we are ready to pay the price to meet any and all criteria that would position Navy Seal Transport Ltd. at the top of the industry. We are also environmentally conscious hence we plan to plant 10 trees for every move we do.
We work with a variety of different clients in areas of providing moving services for Property Management, Realtors and Home Builders. Our client`s expectations very from client to client; however, our process remains the same. During the initial meeting with Navy Seal Transport`s management we will:
First educate ourselves on the service quality expectations and understand the total scope/volume of work and timelines for the service that needs to be rendered.
Share the service programs developed exclusively by Navy Seal Transport Ltd. which we believe makes us a strong contender to bid on a service project.
Present a package that best fits your requirements with our philosophy of a win/win outcome. Once a partnership has been established with our client, irrespective of the duration, complexity or volume of the service, the same level of commitment can be expected.
Try to give you no reason to contact us once the paperwork has been signed. This effectively eliminates stress and energy from the management of our clients.
No, we do not have the certification to transport dangerous goods or flammables.
We try as much as possible to avoid that from happening that’s why we hire the best guys in the industry. Perhaps it happens, we normally plan a 2nd trip at a feasible price same day or we plan for a 2nd move at cost on a different time mostly likely in a week.
We can transport your car by getting one of the crew guy drive it to drop-off location. But we don’t necessarily transport car in trucks or trailers.
If it’s a local or neighboring city move, loading and unloading will be same day. For long hauls, unload will be the next day.
